About Renowned Renovation's Award-Winning Project

The owners of this high-rise condominium penthouse wanted to reconfigure and open up the layout, add a powder room, raise ceilings, increase storage and add an innovative multipurpose living and sleeping space. Remodeling 200 feet above the ground meant overcoming obstacles with the steel framing, plumbing, raising ceilings, HVAC and sprinklers. Innovative materials were used throughout, including exposed concrete columns and beams, Cambria waterfall countertops, and European wirebrushed white oak floating shelves that match the hardwood flooring. Features include furniture-quality custom cabinetry and an entertainment center that transforms the living room into a guest room with the click of a remote control.

This NARI award-winning remodeling project involved innovative use of materials: Exposed Concrete Beams/Columns, Waterfall Countertops, Floating Shelves matched to the Hardwood Flooring, multiple flooring transitions, intricate Tile Work, and Custom Cabinetry. The finished home features Cambria Surfaces, DuChateau Hardwoods, fixtures by WaterWorks, TruStile Doors, Hunter Douglas Window Fashions, Zoom-Room, and Renowned Custom Cabinetry.
