At Texas Remodeling Team, we understand that remodeling your home can be a stressful undertaking for home owners. It’s noisy, messy, disruptive, and can get expensive. And of course, customers are worried about their project staying on track.
We pride ourselves on customer service, straightforward pricing, and a commitment to sticking to the schedule. But after many years in this business, and listening to your valuable feedback, we decided to take things a step further.
Today we’re proud to give our customers access to BuilderTREND, a robust web-based tool that provides customers with a personalized, password-protected web page that provides a wealth of information about your renovation project.
With BuilderTREND, TRT customers can:
- Review construction plans (and changes) so they know what’s happening and when
- See the upcoming week’s schedule
- Manage warranty requests so that they are resolved quickly and easily
- And much more!
Additionally, BuilderTREND helps us operate more efficiently, as we can now track all our job sites from one central location. This leads to improved communication and project management, allowing us to better communicate manage any subcontractors working alongside our team.
BuilderTREND represents an exciting step forward for Texas Remodeling Team, and so far, customers are loving it! In fact, all our customers who have tried it out have commented that it’s helped to lower their stress levels and keep some sanity during construction. We’re glad we could help!
